用卟啉衍生物光度法测铜的研究已有报导[1—8]。我们对具有新型结构的α、β、γ、δ-四-(4-二甲氨基苯基)卟啉[简称T(4-DMAP)P)与铜反应的分光光度法进行了研究。结果表明:用T(4-DMAP)P测定痕量铜具有灵敏度高(ε_(412)=3.9×10~5)、选择性好及操作简便等特点。应用于水样和铝合金中铜的直接测定,结果令人满意。
The study of photometric determination of copper with porphyrin derivatives has been reported [1-8]. We have studied the spectrophotometric reaction of copper (Ⅱ) with α, β, γ, δ-tetrakis- (4-dimethylaminophenyl) porphyrin [abbreviated as T (4-DMAP) P) The results show that the determination of trace copper by T (4-DMAP) P has high sensitivity (ε_ (412) = 3.9 × 10 ~ 5), good selectivity and easy operation. It is applied to the direct determination of copper in water sample and aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
