目的:探讨育龄女性对局麻单孔腹腔镜输卵管双极电凝绝育术的满意度,便于临床推广施行。方法:对在本单位开展腹腔镜绝育术的136例手术对象进行术中观察和术后随访,并与传统腹式输卵管绝育术进行比较。结果:136例手术对象中,有135例在局麻单孔腹腔镜下能顺利完成手术,无手术并发症及避孕失败情况,手术对象术中反应轻。结论:局麻单孔腹腔镜绝育术安全、可靠、简单,适合临床推广普及。
Objective: To investigate the satisfaction of women of childbearing age on single hole laparoscopic tubal bipolar coagulation sterilization of local anesthesia, and to facilitate the clinical popularization and implementation. Methods: 136 patients who underwent laparoscopic sterilization in this unit were observed intraoperatively and postoperatively, and compared with conventional abdominal tubal sterilization. Results: Among the 136 cases, 135 cases underwent laparoscopic surgery under local anesthesia. There were no complications or contraceptive failure. The intraoperative response was mild. Conclusion: The single hole laparoscopic sterilization of local anesthesia is safe, reliable and simple, which is suitable for clinical popularization.
