6月上旬召开的全国涂镀技术协作组组长会议宣布,涂镀新技术在全国普遍推广应用中,已创造的经济价值达五亿元。 涂镀技术,是由戚墅堰机车车辆工艺研究所于1979年底首先在国内研究成功的。其中部分涂镀液的研究,得到了中国科学院上海有机化学研究所的协助。采用涂镀技术,对报废的机械零部件进行补损修复,具有修程时间短、操作简便、整旧如新,以及投资少、见效快等
The National Conference on Coating Technology Team Leaders held in early June announced that the new coating technology has been widely used throughout the country and the economic value created has reached 500 million yuan. The plating technology was first studied successfully by Qishuyan Locomotive and Rolling Technology Research Institute at the end of 1979. The study of some of the plating solutions was assisted by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The coating technology is used to repair the damaged mechanical parts, which has the advantages of short repair time, easy operation, new and old, low investment and quick results.
