In February this year, Baker Hughes Tekui Corporation adopted the AutoTrak rotary closed loop drilling system, in which a total of 91,400 meters of wellbores were drilled in the 3115J-11AH extended well in the Troll oil field off the Norwegian coast. It only takes 89 days to use this system to horizontally drill 2617m in the oil layer and 143 days to drill with the conventional system.
