当代中学生有一个很矛盾的特点,那就是一方面思想活跃,现代意识强,另一方面自管自理能力差,不会办事。这种“君子动口不动手”型人才,是不能适应社会需要的。为此,我在培养学生“自管”能力方面作了如下尝试: 让学生在自己管理自己中培养“自管”意识。在传统的班级管理制度中,班干部一般是按班主任的意图产生的。班干部整天被动地贯彻班主任的意志,学生则是被动地接受管理。学生缺乏当家作主的意识,严重影响了他们培养“自管”能力的自觉性。为此,我把竞争机制运用到班级管理中来,让每个学生参加班干部竞选,唤醒他们的“自主”、“自管”意识。我先从
Contemporary middle school students have a very contradictory characteristic. On the one hand, they have active thoughts and strong modern consciousness. On the other hand, they have poor self-management ability and will not act. This type of “gentleman” is not able to meet the needs of society.
