目的观察经尿道激光气化治疗前腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）的近期效果。②方法采用ＱＨ－９０００Ⅲ型前列腺激光治疗仪经尿道气化治疗前列腺增生症７８例。③结果手术时间平均７３ｍｉｎ．术后随访３０ｄ～１．３年，国际ＢＰＨ症状评分标准（ＩＰＳＳ）评分从术前（２３．６０±２．００）分降至（７．５６±３．６０）分（ｔ＝３．７１，Ｐ＜０．００１），最大尿流率从术前（６．４０±３．２０）ｍＬ／ｓ增至（１４．６０±４．３５）ｍＬ／ｓ（ｔ＝３．０２，Ｐ＜０．０１）．④结论经尿道激光气化治疗前列腺增生症效果较好。
Objective To observe the short-term effect of transurethral laser vaporization in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 78 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by transurethral vaporization of QH-9000 Ⅲ type prostate laser instrument. ③ Results The average operation time 73min. After 30 days to 1.3 years of follow-up, the international BPH symptom score (IPSS) score decreased from (23.60 ± 2.00) points to (7.56 ± 3.60) points (t = 3.71 , P <0.001). The maximum flow rate increased from 6.40 ± 3.20 mL / s to 14.60 ± 4.35 mL / s preoperatively (t = 3.02, P < 0.01). ④ Conclusion Transurethral laser vaporization of benign prostatic hyperplasia better.
