本文以企业管理及对外投资为主要研究方向,在中国经济大发展的今天,企业管理成为我们越来越重视的主题。随着全球经济的不断发展、变迁,各国经济的呈现出稳定化、多元化、国际化的状态,各行企业的经营范围也呈现出国家化,由此可见,企业的国际化已经成为不可阻挡的趋势,国际方面投资越来越成为世界经济发展的主要推动力之一。本文将对康莱特药业的企业管理模式及对外投资决策进行分析,分别从该企业发展现状、目前存在的问题以及解决方案等几方面进行研究,从而促进企业更好的发展,对我国企业管理与投资步入国际轨道予以借鉴。
