[目的]了解中学生对艾滋病相关知识、态度及生活技能的掌握情况,探索更适合于学校健康教育的模式。[方法]在钦州市第八中学以班为单位实施3~4节预防艾滋病参与式健康教育课,并评价实施教育后的效果。[结果]调查钦州市第八中学学生1 023人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率,健康教育课开设前、后分别为58.16%、88.17%(P<0.01);健康教育课开设前后艾滋病相关态度正确率分别为83.12%、84.26%(P<0.01);健康教育课生活技能知识知晓率开设前后分别为54.06%、89.56%(P<0.01)。[结论]在中学生中开设预防艾滋病参与式健康教育课,效果明显。
[Objective] To understand the mastery of AIDS related knowledge, attitude and life skills of middle school students and to explore more appropriate models for school health education. [Method] In the eighth middle school in Qinzhou City, we implemented 3-4 health education classes for HIV / AIDS prevention in classes and evaluated the effect of implementing education. [Results] A total of 1 023 students in Eighth Middle School of Qinzhou City were investigated. The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge and health education were 58.16% and 88.17%, respectively (P <0.01) before and after the Health Education Classes were established; Respectively, 83.12% and 84.26% respectively (P <0.01). The awareness rate of life skills before and after health education classes were 54.06% and 89.56% respectively (P <0.01). [Conclusion] It is obvious that HIV / AIDS participatory health education classes should be set up among middle school students.
