目的 :了解寿星口服液的安全性和保健功效。方法 :小鼠急性毒性试验 ,兔皮肤及眼刺激性试验 ,大鼠亚慢性毒性试验 ,对黑腹果蝇的抗衰老系列试验 ,以及对BALB/C小鼠免疫功能影响系列试验等。结果 :该品无毒无刺激性 ,在亚慢性毒性试验中也无异常发现 ;它具有增强机体活力 ,增强机体抗寒力 ,增进机体性功能等作用 ,但其延寿效应不明显 ;该品还对机体特异性细胞免疫、特异性体液免疫和非特异性单核—巨噬细胞吞噬功能均有较强的调节增强作用。结论 :寿星口服液安全无毒 ,具有较好的保健功效。
Objective: To understand the safety and health effects of Longevity Oral Liquid. Methods: Acute toxicity test in mice, rabbit skin and eye irritation test, sub-chronic toxicity test in rats, anti-aging series test on Drosophila melanogaster, and series of experiments on immune function of BALB / C mice.
