本文观察了灵实茶对小鼠血糖调节的作用。将昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照、阳性对照及实验组 ,其中实验组包括三个灵芝茶剂量组 (0 10 8、0 2 16、0 32 4g/kg)进行研究。结果显示 :灵芝茶 0 2 16 g/kg剂量组的空腹血糖 (P <0 0 1)、餐后 30分钟血糖 (P <0 0 5 )和 0 32 4g/kg剂量组饮水量 (P <0 0 1)显著低于阳性对照组。
This article observed the effect of Lingshi tea on blood glucose regulation in mice. Kunming male mice were randomly divided into normal controls, positive controls, and experimental groups. The experimental group consisted of three Lingzhi tea dose groups (0 108, 0216, 032 4g/kg) for study. The results showed that fasting blood glucose (P<0 01), 30-minute postprandial blood glucose (P<0 05) and 0 32 4 g/kg doses of drinking water in the Lingzhi tea 0 2 16 g/kg dose group (P<0 0 1) Significantly lower than the positive control group.
