目的:探讨双平板DSA三维血管成像技术在脑动脉瘤中的应用价值。方法:对33例可疑脑动脉瘤的患者先行常规正、侧位脑血管DSA造影检查,再实施三维血管成像技术。结果:在33例可疑脑动脉瘤的患者中,检出动脉瘤23例,动静脉畸形6例,海绵状血管瘤3例,脑出血1例。结论:三维血管成像技术能够清晰显示脑动脉血管解剖结构,病变处动脉血管的起源、分布、长度、数目、轮廓,以及动脉瘤瘘口位置、动脉瘤的大小形态及瘤体载瘤动脉关系[1],畸形血管的数目、走行及血液动力学关系,为脑动脉血管病变的影像学诊断和手术计划制定提供了可靠的依据。
Objective: To investigate the value of dual-plate DSA three-dimensional angiography in cerebral aneurysm. Methods: Thirty-three patients with suspicious cerebral aneurysm were examined by conventional positive and lateral cerebral angiography (DSA) and three-dimensional angiography. Results: Of 33 patients with suspected cerebral aneurysms, 23 aneurysms, 6 arteriovenous malformations, 3 cavernous hemangiomas and 1 cerebral hemorrhage were detected. Conclusion: Three-dimensional angiography can clearly show the anatomical structure of cerebral arteries, the origin, distribution, length, number and contour of arterial vessels in the lesion, the position of the aneurysm fistula, the size and shape of the aneurysm, 1], the number of abnormal blood vessels, walking and hemodynamics, provide a reliable basis for the imaging diagnosis and surgical planning of cerebral arterial vascular lesions.
