目的优选β-环糊精(β-CD)包合放肺宁胶囊中挥发油的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以包合时间、包合温度及β-CD与挥发油的比例为考察因素,以挥发油包合率、包合物产率为考察指标,优选β-CD包合挥发油的最佳工艺,并用薄层色谱法验证包合物。结果最佳工艺为:用8倍量的β-CD在45℃超声包合30 m in;包合物与混合物有明显区别,包合前后无化学变化。结论该工艺简单快速、稳定、包合率及包合物产率较高,适于工业化生产。
Objective To optimize β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion in the volatile oil in the capsule. Methods Orthogonal test method was used to investigate the factors such as inclusion time, inclusion temperature and the ratio of β-CD to volatile oil. The inclusion ratio of volatile oil and the inclusion compound yield were investigated. The best β-CD inclusion volatile oil Good process, and the inclusion complex was verified by TLC. Results The best technique was as follows: 8 times the amount of β-CD at 45 ℃ ultrasound 30min in inclusion; inclusion complex with the mixture were significantly different, before and after inclusion of no chemical changes. Conclusion The process is simple, rapid, stable, inclusion rate and inclusion compound yield higher, suitable for industrial production.
