小儿腹泻在农村是一种常见病,好发于夏秋两季。笔者自1997年～1999年初临床应用自拟消积止泻汤。结合思密达治疗小儿腹泻取得较好疗效,现报告如下。1 一般资料门诊随机抽取88例,年龄3个月～8岁,平均年龄2.4岁。病程1天38例,～3天45例,～6天3例,～10天2例。本组伴恶心呕吐73例
Pediatric diarrhea is a common disease in rural areas, occur in summer and autumn. The author from 1997 to early 1999, the clinical application of self-eliminating diarrhea soup. Combined with Smectite treatment of children with diarrhea to achieve better efficacy, are as follows. 1 General Information Outpatient randomized 88 cases, aged 3 months to 8 years old, with an average age of 2.4 years old. The course of disease was 38 cases in 1 day, 45 cases in ~ 3 days, 3 cases in ~ 6 days and 2 cases in ~ 10 days. The group with nausea and vomiting in 73 cases
