大连市沙河口区初级卫生保健总站下设16个街道初级卫生保健所,是大连市城区预防保健三级网的网底,担负着基层的妇幼保健、计划免疫、传染病控制管理等工作。现有卫生人员92人,辖区总人口48万人,其中妇女24万人,0～6岁儿童约3.5万人。由于16个所工作地点分散,工作任务繁重,并且要把很大一部分时间和精力花在登记、评价、统计、汇总、报表上,影响了预防保健工作的发展。为了进一步深化卫生改革,以适应经济发展和人民群众对卫生保健服务高水平、高质量的要求,初保站在各级政府、卫生行政部门的支持下,在各
The Shahekou District Primary Health Care Station in Dalian City has 16 sub-district primary health care centers. It is the three-level network of prevention and health care in Dalian City, and is responsible for grass-roots-level maternal and child health care, planned immunization, infectious disease control and management. There are 92 existing health personnel. The total population of the area is 480,000 people, including 240,000 women and about 35,000 children aged 0-6. Due to the decentralization of 16 workplaces and heavy workloads, a large part of the time and effort must be spent on registration, evaluation, statistics, aggregation, and reporting, which affects the development of preventive health care. In order to further deepen the health reform and adapt to the economic development and the people’s demand for high-level and high-quality health care services, the primary insurance is supported by governments at all levels and the health administrative departments.
