职务犯罪侦查机关一直积极探索如何使用刑事司法政策,如何化消极因素为积极因素,变办案的阻力为办案的动力,构建侦查交易机制有其必然性和合理性。本文通过对侦查交易存在的基础以及面临的问题进行分析,设想侦查交易的具体构筑,利于侦查交易真正体现宽严相济的刑事政策,将有限的侦查资源集中于要案和重大职务犯罪案件的查办。
The investigation office of the duty crime has been actively exploring how to use the criminal justice policy, how to make the negative factors a positive factor, changing the resistance of handling the case as the driving force for handling the case, and establishing the investigation trading mechanism has its inevitability and rationality.
