固定资产是企业的重要生产要素之一,同时更是企业进行生产经营活动不可缺少的物质基础。因此,抓好固定资产的管理工作不但有助于企业经营效率的提高,同时还有利于企业资源的配置与整合,最终促进企业健康良性循环。本文作者罗列了企业实际工作中对固定资产的管理工作存在的不足,并针对此问题提出了解决的办法,希望有助于企业今后管理工作的提高,仅供参考。
Fixed assets are one of the important production factors of an enterprise. At the same time, it is an indispensable material basis for an enterprise to carry out its production and business activities. Therefore, a good grasp of the management of fixed assets not only contribute to the improvement of business efficiency, but also conducive to the allocation and integration of enterprise resources, and ultimately promote healthy and healthy business cycle.
