随着经济的快速发展,我国在世界经济秩序当中所担当的角色也越来越重要。但是,伴随着我国经济的高速增长,一些潜在的问题也逐渐暴露出来。其中,民营企业的人力资源管理就是一个代表性的问题。人力资源管理水平对于民营企业的长远规划和持续发展具有举足轻重的作用,因此,针对民营企业人力资源管理所存在的问题要及时进行分析和解决。本文基于民营企业人力资源管理所存在的问题进行了详细的探讨,并据此提出了相应的对策。
With the rapid economic development, the role our country plays in the world economic order is also playing an increasingly important role. However, along with the rapid economic growth in our country, some potential problems are gradually exposed. Among them, the human resources management of private enterprises is a representative issue. The level of human resource management plays an important role in the long-term planning and sustainable development of private-owned enterprises. Therefore, the problems existing in the human resource management of private-owned enterprises should be promptly analyzed and resolved. This article based on the existing problems of human resource management in private enterprises is discussed in detail, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward accordingly.
