随着电脑技术的发展和电脑人才储备的增加,电脑制作的动画成为了电视新闻中的新生元素,成为一种新的电视新闻表达方式。从1999年大江截流等大型直播节目到现在权威的电视新闻栏目《新闻联播》,从事故现场的模拟到数字图表的动态化,从抽象概念的具象化到复杂工业品的展示……电脑动画这个新生事物,在电视新闻中得到了广泛的运用。在受到广泛关注的同时也引起了人们的争论:在以事实为依据的新闻节目中引入动漫这个新元素合适吗?它是不是违反新闻的根本原则呢?
With the development of computer technology and the increasing reserve of computer talents, computer-generated animation has become a new element in television news and has become a new way of expressing television news.
