目的研究β-淀粉样肽(Aβ)代谢改变与急性缺血性卒中(acuteische micstroke,AIS)的关系。方法选取20例急性缺血性卒中患者和10例年龄相当的正常人作为对照,应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),测定了血液中可溶性Aβ1~42的水平。结果AIS患者血浆Aβ1~42水平较正常对照有显著降低(P<0.01),并且与年龄密切相关。结论急性缺血性卒中过程中存在的APP表达上调以及相伴随的短暂Aβ1~42水平变化,可能是脑急性损伤和灌流不足的结果。
Objective To study the relationship between metabolic changes of β-amyloid peptide (Aβ) and acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods Twenty patients with acute ischemic stroke and 10 normal controls were selected as controls. The levels of soluble Aβ1-42 in blood were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The level of plasma Aβ1-42 in AIS patients was significantly lower than that in controls (P <0.01), and was closely related to age. Conclusion The up-regulation of APP expression and the accompanying changes of transient Aβ1-42 levels in acute ischemic stroke may be the result of acute brain injury and hypoperfusion.
