12只兔24眼玻璃体内注射自体血液0.2ml,制成玻璃体积血模型,均以右眼为对照眼,单纯注血;左眼为治疗眼,注血后不同时间玻璃体内注入组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)12.5μg,15天后活体摘除双眼球,光、电镜下观察组织学改变。结果表明:注血10天以后往药眼视网膜神经上皮、色素上皮病理改变较对照眼明显减轻。说明适时适量t-PA玻璃体内注射可减轻玻璃体积血对视网膜的损伤,为t-PA治疗玻璃体积血提供了组织学依据。
Twelve rabbits (24 eyes) were intravitreally injected with 0.2 ml of autologous blood to make vitreous hemorrhage model. All rabbits were injected with the right eye as the control eye and the left eye as the treated eye. At the same time, 12.5μg of t-PA (t-PA) was used to excise both eyes after 15 days. The histological changes were observed under light and electron microscope. The results showed that after 10 days of injection, the pathological changes of the pigment epithelium and the pigment epithelium in the retinal nerve epithelium were obviously alleviated compared with the control eye. Proper amount of t-PA intravitreal injection can reduce the damage of the vitreous hemorrhage on the retina, provides a histological basis for t-PA treatment of vitreous hemorrhage.
