目的 研究大鼠角膜移植排斥反应发生机理。方法 制作模型(Wistar大鼠18只,豚鼠9只)。观察角膜透明度、新生血管。角膜和外周血行免疫检测。并对角膜进行扫描电镜观察。结果 术后1周,植床出现新生血管、角膜水肿、基质增厚;术后1月,植床瘢痕化,但水肿减轻。免疫组化显示:移植后3天,血中Th/i细胞IL2R+细胞升高,15天时角膜植片内有以TC/S细胞浸润为主的淋巴细胞。结论 大鼠穿透性角膜移植术后排斥反应有着与机体其它器官相似的移植排斥过程。
Objective To study the mechanism of rat corneal graft rejection. Methods The model (18 Wistar rats and 9 guinea pigs) was made. Corneal transparency, neovascularization. Cornea and peripheral blood line immunoassay. The cornea was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results One week after operation, there were neovascular vessels, corneal edema and thickening of the stroma. One month after the operation, the scar became scarring but the edema was relieved. Immunohistochemistry showed that IL-3R + cells in Th / i cells in blood increased 3 days after transplantation, and lymphocytes predominated by TC / S cells infiltrated into the cornea at 15 days after transplantation. Conclusion The rejection after penetrating keratoplasty in rats has the similar process of graft rejection as other organs in the body.
