目的 对视网膜神经上皮移植后移植物的成活及发育情况进行初步观察。方法 采用内路注射移植方法建立动物模型,行27眼移植手术。术后定期眼底检查,组织学检查和免疫组织化学检查。结果 21眼移植成功,组织学检查可见移植后移植物可以成活,部分细胞呈花环状生长,可继续发育分层,未见明显的炎细胞浸润及免疫排斥现象。免疫组织化学检查可见移植物S抗原染色阳性。结论 视网膜神经上皮移植术后移植物可以成活并继续发育,无明显的炎性反应及免疫排斥现象。移植物可发育出光传导的物质基础。
Objective To investigate the survival and development of the graft after retinal nerve epithelial transplantation. Methods The animal models were established by intra-arterial injection and transplanted in 27 eyes. Postoperative fundus examination, histological examination and immunohistochemical examination. Results 21 eyes were successfully transplanted. The histological examination showed that the grafts could survive after transplantation and some of the cells grew like garlands. The cells could continue to develop and stratify. There was no obvious inflammatory cell infiltration and immune rejection. Immunohistochemical examination showed positive staining of graft S antigen. Conclusion The grafts can survive and continue to develop after retinal neuroepithelial allograft transplantation without obvious inflammatory reaction and immune rejection. Grafts can develop the material basis of light conduction.
