目的:探究情景模拟培训在骨科护理安全管理中的实施效果。方法:选取2015年6~11月浙江省新华医院骨科的26名护士作为对照组,对这些护士采用常规培训方法。选取2015年11月~2016年5月骨科的26名护士作为观察组,对这些患者采用情景模拟培训方法。比较分析两组护士综合护理能力考核评分、不良事件发生率及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组护士综合护理能力考核评分及患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟培训在骨科护理安全管理中效果显著,不仅可以有效提高护士的综合能力,减少不良事件的发生,而且还可以提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of scene simulation training in the safety management of orthopedic nursing. Methods: Twenty-six nurses from Department of Orthopedics, Xinhua Hospital, Zhejiang Province from June to November in 2015 were selected as the control group, and routine training methods were used for these nurses. Twenty-six nurses in orthopedics from November 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group, and a scenario simulation training method was used for these patients. Comparative analysis of two groups of nurses comprehensive nursing assessment score, the incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction with nursing. Results: The score of nurses comprehensive examination ability and satisfaction of nursing work in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse events in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Scenario simulation training is effective in the safety management of orthopedic nursing. It not only can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of nurses, reduce the incidence of adverse events, but also can improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
