档案培训是有组织的档案知识传递、技能传递、标准传递、信息传递、信念传递、管理训诫行为。当今社会,科学技术突飞猛进,新领域的知识经济扑面而来,档案工作也面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。如何才能跟上时代步伐,适应工作需要呢?那就是档案工作者必须提高自身素质。而提高素质的一个既简便又实际的途径就是档案培训。新形势下,做好档案培训工作,对档案人员更新知识、提高管理水平具有重要的意义。
File training is organized file knowledge transfer, skills transfer, standard delivery, information transfer, faith transfer, management of admonishing behavior. In today’s society, science and technology are advancing by leaps and bounds. The knowledge-based economy in the new field has come to the fore. Archival work also faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How to keep up with the pace of the times to meet the needs of work? That is, archivists must improve their own quality. An easy and practical way to improve quality is file training. Under the new situation, it is of great significance to do a good job in archives training and to update the archivists’ knowledge and improve the management level.
