北京航空航天大学经济管理学院将仪式教育贯穿于大学生党员教育培养过程,以面向党旗宣誓为重点,设计了较为系统的仪式教育架构。仪式教育可以在激发大学生党员情感的同时提升思想认识,在庄重的情境中完成身份的转换。系统的党员培养体系和仪式教育相结合,可以巩固和加深大学生党员内心的情感认同,对他们的理想信念产生潜移默化的积极影响。同时,仪式教育也要注重提升体验,易于大学生党员接受,并尊重党员个性特征,做到差异化引导。
