枣疯病热处理脱毒的初步研究

将枣疯病病枝经不同时间热空气和温水处理后扦插，结果表明５０℃温水处理可获得无毒苗，最适处理时间为１０－２０分钟。无毒苗生长正常。

The branches of jujube bark were treated by hot air and warm water at different times and then cuttings were harvested. The results showed that non-toxic seedlings could be obtained by 50 ℃ warm water treatment, and the optimum treatment time was 10-20 minutes. Non-toxic seedlings grow normally.
