我们已经充分地论证了稳定的、足够低的环境温度对冻结物贮存质量的影响。现在值得关心的是要验证如何在工业实践中有效地应用这条原理。我们曾用了很长一段时间(18个月)来研究一个大型冷藏间的温度分布情况。一、冷藏间的情况有一个分配性冻结物冷藏间。室内分为二层,每层都有几个门。低层为堆垛二个托盘之高,用于长期贮存;上层为堆垛三个托盘之高,用于短期贮存。这二层都用一个制冷系统来降温。为了减少电耗以及避免工作人员在通风降温期间工作,制冷系统原则上是在工作人员工作时间以外运转。冷藏间的主要特点如下:
We have fully demonstrated the effect of a stable, low enough ambient temperature on the quality of frozen storage. What deserves our attention now is to verify how to apply this principle effectively in industrial practice. We have spent a long time (18 months) studying the temperature distribution in a large refrigerator. First, the situation in the freezer there is a distribution of frozen refrigerated room.
