I. INTRODUCTION Although the energy consumption of refrigeration equipment used in the storage and processing of foodstuffs is minimal compared to the total energy requirement of a country, it is also possible to reduce this consumption. In order to make these devices more energy-efficient and economical, we first investigate the operation of existing equipment and new equipment and then propose special features that will improve perishable food transport, distribution and commercialization of equipment without increasing energy consumption method. Any perishable food storage method is an energy efficient method of its own, because without any storage processing, the loss of food will be greater, and will quickly deteriorate. It is generally believed that the loss of fruits and vegetables in the field is about 1/4 of the harvest. The energy value of plant products is equivalent to soil work, plant health
