由于近年来环境的破坏,频繁发生的风沙现象导致内蒙古风电场的风机叶片严重受损,基于PLC和触摸屏的组合控制系统设计了一套能够真实模拟风电场环境参数的气流喷射冲蚀设备。主要内容包括该设备控制系统的工作原理,系统硬件组成和软件设计,详细阐述了PLC软件编程、触摸屏界面设计以及设备运行等内容。实际应用表明,该设备能够实现风速和含沙量两个环境参数的定量控制与监测,且运行稳定可靠,对风力机叶片的冲蚀磨损研究具有较高的推广和使用价值。
Due to the environmental damage in recent years, the frequently occurring wind and sand phenomena have caused serious damage to the wind turbine blade in Inner Mongolia wind farm. Based on the combined control system of PLC and touch screen, a set of air jet erosion equipment is designed to simulate the environmental parameters of the wind farm. The main contents include the working principle of the equipment control system, system hardware components and software design, elaborated PLC software programming, touch screen interface design and equipment operation and so on. The practical application shows that the device can realize the quantitative control and monitoring of the wind speed and the sediment concentration, and is stable and reliable. It has a great promotion and use value for the erosion and erosion research of wind turbine blades.
