中国科学院半导体研究所超晶格国家重点实验室的研究人员成功研制出一种低功耗无源/半无源双模无线温湿度传感器。无线温湿度传感器在高危环境监测、紧急救援、先进物流仓储系统监控、设备监测、建筑物监测和文物监测等领域具有广阔的应用前景,但较高的功耗和成本严重制约了其大规模应用。中科院半导体所的研究人员研制出一种可与现有商用超高频射频识别(RFID)系统
Researchers at the State Key Laboratory of Superlattices, Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences have successfully developed a low-power passive / semi-passive dual-mode wireless temperature and humidity sensor. Wireless temperature and humidity sensors have broad application prospects in the fields of high-risk environmental monitoring, emergency rescue, advanced logistics and warehousing system monitoring, equipment monitoring, building monitoring and cultural relic monitoring. However, the high power consumption and cost seriously restrict their large-scale application . Researchers at the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have developed a system that works with existing commercial UHF RFID systems
