目的探讨原核基因重组脂联素球状结构域(gAd)对T2DM大鼠血糖水平的影响。方法采用高糖高脂饮食加1%STZ 35mg/kg建立T2DM大鼠模型。将造模成功的T2DM大鼠随机分为4组,检测干预前后血糖水平和40min后肝、肌肉组织己糖激酶(HK)和丙酮酸激酶(PK)活力。结果gAd干预40min时,干预组2、3血糖低于对照(NC)组,干预40min后,大鼠肝、肌肉组织HK和PK活力升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 gAd急性干预T2DM大鼠可通过增强肝、肌肉组织糖酵解途径降低血糖水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of prokaryotic recombinant adiponectin globular domain (gAd) on blood glucose level in T2DM rats. Methods High glucose and high fat diet plus 1% STZ 35mg / kg T2DM rat model was established. The successful model rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. The blood glucose levels before and after the intervention and the activities of hexokinase (HK) and pyruvate kinase (PK) in liver and muscle tissue after 40 min were measured. Results After intervention of gAd for 40min, the blood glucose of intervention group 2,3 was lower than that of control group (NC). After 40 minutes of intervention, the activity of HK and PK in liver and muscle of rats increased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Acute intervention of gAd can lower blood glucose level in T2DM rats by enhancing the glycolytic pathway of liver and muscle tissues.
