目的研究肿瘤性贫血患者血清一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的表达水平,探讨其与肿瘤性贫血的关系。方法选择2009年9月至2011年10月期间的肿瘤性贫血患者40例,为观察组;另外选择同期体检的健康人15例,为对照组。采用硝酸还原酶法测定NO和NOS含量。结果肿瘤性贫血患者NO和NOS水平明显高于正常对照(P<0.05);随着贫血程度加重,NO和NOS水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 NO在肿瘤性贫血的发病中起重要作用,及早降低NO水平,有助于阻止贫血的发展,可以为肿瘤性贫血的治疗提供新策略。
Objective To study the expression of serum nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in patients with neoplastic anemia and to explore its relationship with neoplastic anemia. Methods Forty patients with neoplastic anemia from September 2009 to October 2011 were selected as the observation group. In addition, 15 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period. Nitric acid reductase method was used to determine the contents of NO and NOS. Results The levels of NO and NOS in patients with neoplastic anemia were significantly higher than those in controls (P <0.05). As the degree of anemia increased, the levels of NO and NOS were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusions NO plays an important role in the pathogenesis of neoplastic anemia, and the early reduction of NO level helps to prevent the development of anemia and may provide a new strategy for the treatment of neoplastic anemia.
