昔阳县是一个传统的农业大县,近年来,林业牧业生产得到持续、快速、稳定发展的同时,相互之间的矛盾也日益突出。解决林、牧矛盾必须立足于当前,着眼于长远,将林业生产与草地改良结合起来,牧业生产与林地保护结合起来,合理布局,严格管理,协调共容,统筹兼顾,实现林、草、牧生产的有机结合和有序循环,才是解决林牧矛盾的长远之计。
