“开场白:2010年2月4日,中国质量协会”先进质量方法推广年“新闻发布会在北京举行。此活动,一方面是积极配合、参与和落实政府部门质量重点工作,另一方面是继2009年全国质协系统完成《全国工业企业质量管理现状调查》之后,中国质协带领全国质协系统并联合各行业协会、联合会等有关组织,帮助企业提高管理科学性、有效性的又一项重大举措。下面请几位嘉宾从不同角度谈谈在我国企业如何推广和使用先进的质量方法,让我们大家共同分享。”
