随着建设体制改革的深入,不论市场还是企业自身都对工程项目建设的管理模式和管理方法提出了新的要求。本文根据《企业内部控制基本规范》和《企业内部控制应用指引》的要求,提出了工程项目建设的内部控制设计过程中存在的问题和研究对策,从而促进工程项目建设的内部控制建设。
With the deepening of the reform of the construction system, both the market and the company itself have put forward new requirements for the management model and management method of the project construction. Based on the requirements of the “Basic Standards for Corporate Internal Control” and “Guidelines for the Application of Internal Control of Enterprises”, this paper proposes the problems and research countermeasures in the internal control design process for the construction of the project, so as to promote the construction of internal control of the construction of the project.
