求精、尚美、创新与卓越,就是工匠精神的价值根基,这一价值观念需要在“大众创业、万众创新”浪潮中进行现代转换而极具时代意蕴。但是,在多重因素的影响下,工匠精神的时代生成遭遇全面遮蔽与多重误读,对此,需要以理性自觉突破传统思维之藩篱,以主体意识尽显时代工匠之风采、以时代元素铸就人生之梦想,实现对藩篱的全面突破,并在职业院校人才培养工作中予以践履,共筑实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。
Refinement, beauty, innovation and excellence are the foundation of the value of artisan spirit. This value concept needs to be modernized in the era of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation of many people”. However, under the influence of multiple factors, the era of artisan spirit has been totally covered up and misread multiple times.
