目的:研究一细导管法防治术中气道异物变位性窒息。方法:在手术钳取异物前预先于健侧支气管内放一细导管,并通过此导管在手术期间持续供氧。结果:细导管法有效地预防了气道异物变位性窒息的发生。它能防止脱落的气道异物对健侧支气管的完全密闭性再阻塞,可持续供氧。由于细导管本身可在支气管壁与异物之间产生一个间隙,又可为气道提供部分有效通气,同时,也为再次钳取异物创造良好的条件。结论:细导管法可有效防治气道异物变位性窒息,临床上有实用价值。
Objective: To study a small catheter method for the prevention and treatment of postoperative airway foreign body asphyxia. Methods: A small catheter was placed in the contralateral bronchial tube before the surgical forceps took the foreign body, and oxygen was continuously supplied through the catheter during the operation. Results: The thin catheter method effectively prevented the occurrence of asphyxia of airway foreign body. It can prevent the occluded bronchial airway foreign body from getting completely obstructive and then block oxygen supply. Because the thin catheter itself creates a gap between the bronchial wall and the foreign body, it provides some effective ventilation of the airway as well as creates good conditions for the foreign body to be clamped again. Conclusion: The thin catheter method can effectively prevent and treat asphyxia of airway foreign body, and has clinical value.
