用小鼠移植瘤和棵小鼠异体移植入肿瘤模型研究海芋抗肿瘤作用,结果表明:对小鼠S_(180)的抑制率为29.38％,对裸小鼠人胃腺癌移植瘤的抑制率为46.30％～51.72％,与生理盐水组比较呈显著性差异;但对腹水瘤小鼠生存期无明显延长作用。
The antitumor effect of callus was studied by xenotransplantation of mouse xenograft and xenogeneic mice into the tumor model. The results showed that the inhibitory rate of S_ (180) on mouse was 29.38% Was 46.30% ~ 51.72%, which was significantly different from that of saline group. However, it had no significant effect on the survival of mice with ascites tumor.
