当前医院管理者必须树立“科技是第一生产力”的思想,充分调动专业技术人员,特别是卫生技术人员的积极性、创造性,从而达到提高效益,发展医院的目的。我们巨化集团公司职工医院是一所集医疗单位、卫生处、职防所三位于一体的综合性二级医院。卫技人员488名,占各类专业技术人员的91%。为管理好这些人才,作为医院管理工作者,就应努力探索人才管理的新问题、新经验。下面根据本人近年来的工作实践,仅就卫技人员的管理和使用谈三点看法:1 明确学科带头人,建立一支得力的技术骨
At present, hospital administrators must establish the idea that “science and technology are the primary productive forces” and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of professional and technical personnel, especially health and technical personnel, so as to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency and developing hospitals. Our Juhua Group Co., Ltd. staff hospital is a comprehensive secondary hospital that integrates a medical unit, a health office, and a health and defense agency. 488 health technicians, accounting for 91% of various professional and technical personnel. In order to manage these talents well, as hospital management workers, we should strive to explore new issues and new experiences in talent management. According to my recent work practices, I will discuss three points of view on the management and use of health workers: 1 Identify the leaders of the disciplines and establish a strong technical backbone.
