镗床绞刀接杆的外圆和内孔都要经过磨削加工,因同心度要求都在0.005公厘以上。过去采用的加工方法是,先用顶尖顶着磨外圆,然后再用四爪卡盘、中心架,以千分表找正外圆的方法来磨内孔。这样不但生产效率低,而且磨削质量也不高。针对这种情况,我厂王文等同志进行了研究,提出了改进磨内孔的定位方法和采用夹紧工具的建议。
Boring machine reamer rod after the outer and inner holes have to go through grinding, due to the concentricity requirements are more than 0.005 mm.
