灵川铁合金厂原有二座100m~3高炉(3号和4号)是炼普通生铁的,1980年后改炼锰铁,年产能力约3万吨。1985年开始对该二座高炉及其附属设备陆续进行了大修和系统性改造,先后分别于1986年4月和10月投产,并显示了良好的技术经济效果。单炉日产锰铁达60t以上,比原来提高了12%,实物入炉焦比由2000kg降到了1600～1800kg。入炉风温提高到1000℃以上。现将大修改造的主要措施介绍加下: 1.根据锰矿冶炼要求合理改造高炉内
