经济在不断发展,人们对身体健康的关注度越来越高。国家开始关注医疗卫生事业的建设,投入资金力度逐渐加大,如何管理和运用好资金已经成为医院关注的重点问题。医院财务部门的内控机制必须要尽快完善。本文首先介绍了医院财务内控机制的现状,接着从中发现问题,最后针对问题提出可行性建议。希望可以对医院财务内控机制的建设有所帮助,促进医院的良好发展。
As the economy continues to evolve, people are paying more attention to their health. The state began to pay attention to the construction of medical and health undertakings, and the intensity of inputting funds gradually increased. How to manage and make good use of funds has become a key issue that the hospital pays close attention to. The internal control mechanism of the hospital finance department must be perfected as soon as possible. This article first introduces the current status of the hospital’s financial internal control mechanism, and then find the problem, and finally put forward feasible suggestions for the problem.
