既有建筑中存在大量的框架一砌体混合结构,由于此类结构超出了规范所规定的范畴,属于超限混合结构,现行的抗震加固设计方法中并无可遵循的规范规定。提出两种对于此类超限混合结构的抗震加固方法:准混凝土、准砌体加固方法。先通过刚度、质量等效的原则完成结构等代并由PKPM计算内力,而后按结构实际的承载力进行校核,从而完成此类超限混合结构的抗震加固设计。从实际工程应用的角度出发,对这两种加固方式进行了系统的阐述,并附一应用实例展示其步骤并证明其可行性。
There are a large number of frame-masonry hybrid structures in the existing buildings. Because such structures are beyond the scope of the code and belong to the over-limit mixed structure, there is no standard regulation in the existing seismic strengthening design methods. Two kinds of aseismic reinforcement methods are proposed for this type of overrun hybrid structures: quasi-concrete and quasi-masonry reinforcement methods. First, the structural equivalent is completed by the principle of stiffness and mass equivalence, and the internal forces are calculated by PKPM. Then, the internal force is checked according to the actual bearing capacity of the structure to complete the seismic strengthening design of such overrun hybrid structures. From the practical engineering application point of view, the two reinforcement methods are systematically described, and an application example is presented to demonstrate its steps and prove its feasibility.
