1病例资料患者,男,76岁,已婚。既往有面神经麻痹病史20余年。2013年1月因“反复面色苍白、乏力3年余,加重2天”入院。患者3年余前出现面色苍白,伴乏力,伴纳差、活动后胸闷,至我院就诊,查血常规:白细胞17.8×109/L,血红蛋白49g/L,血小板81×109/L。外周血涂片:幼稚粒细胞2%,有核红细胞16%,可见泪滴型红细胞。全腹部CT:巨脾,脾静脉明显增粗、迂曲伴局部钙化,肝肿大,胆囊结
1 case information patient, male, 76 years old, married. Past history of facial paralysis more than 20 years. January 2013 Because of “repeated pale, fatigue more than 3 years, increased 2 days ” admission. Patients appear pale 3 years ago, with fatigue, with anorexia, chest tightness after activity, to our hospital, check the blood routine: white blood cells 17.8 × 109 / L, hemoglobin 49g / L, platelet 81 × 109 / L. Peripheral blood smear: immature granulocytes 2%, 16% of nucleated red blood cells, showing teardrop type erythrocytes. Full abdominal CT: splenomegaly, splenic vein was significantly thicker, tortuous with calcification, hepatomegaly, gallbladder junction
