Objective To study the impact of pay-gain imbalance on the immune function of medical staff. METHODS: The imbalance scale was used to investigate occupational stress in 303 medical staff. Immunoglobulins (IgG, IgM, IgA) and complement (C3 and C4) were measured and the effects of imbalance on immune function were analyzed . Results Both physicians and nurses had different payouts - getting unbalanced and overly responsible, paying higher - the level of complement C3 in low access group was higher than that in low access paid group (P <0.05), the level of complement C3 was higher in under - Group (P <0.05). Pay - to obtain the imbalance and over-responsibility of immunoglobulin (IgG, IgM, IgA) and complement C4 had no significant effect (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS - Paying for an imbalance can cause changes in the immune function of medical staff and can lead to elevated levels of complement C3.
