湛江港一区南一期工程是全国重点建设工程之一,系由六个万吨级深水泊位组成的突堤式码头。该工程由第四航务工程勘察设计院设计,第四航务工程局第三工程公司施工。水工建筑由81年开工至84年底基本建成,其中两个泊位已交工投产。陆上土建工程的1～5号大仓库(其中1～4号大仓库的建筑面积均为1万米~2)于83年开工,84年底2号和4号仓库已建成交付使用,其余主体已完工。散粮圆筒仓系统土建工程83年开始打桩,其滑模施工于84年4月1日开
