目的观察前列腺素E1脂微球制剂(商品名:凯时,北京泰德制药有限公司生产)治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法治疗组40例,给予Lipo PGE1 10μg静滴,每日一次,共14日。对照组38例,给予丹参20ml静滴,每日一次,共14日。观察治疗前后心绞痛缓解情况及心电图ST-T变化。结果治疗组的心绞痛缓解率、心电图ST-T改变与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01~0.05)。结论Lipo PGE1治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of prostaglandin E1 lipid microsphere preparation (trade name: Kay, Beijing Ted Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods 40 cases of treatment group, given Lipo PGE1 10μg intravenous infusion, a total of 14 days. The control group of 38 patients were given intravenous infusion of Salvia 20ml once daily for 14 days. Observed before and after treatment of angina pectoris and ECG ST-T changes. Results The angina pectoris rate and electrocardiogram ST-T change in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.01 ~ 0.05). Conclusion Lipo PGE1 is safe and effective in the treatment of angina pectoris.
