在当代经济飞速发展的今天,人们的生活水平不断提高,人们对建筑工程的要求自然也不断提高。许多建筑工程企业不断涌起,可其建筑工程建设质量却参差不齐。许多的建筑工程企业不知如何在竞争激烈的市场立足,其根本原因在于其在建筑工程造价方面监控管理措施不到位,所以,若想在建筑工程市场立足,建立完善的建筑工程造价监控管理体系至关重要。本研究指出来建筑工程造价监控与管理方面存在的问题,并根据已指出的问题提出了一些可实行的解决完善措施。
In today's rapid economic development, people's living standards continue to rise, and people's requirements for construction projects naturally improve. Many construction companies continue to rise, but the construction quality of construction projects are uneven.
