太原钢铁公司从1983年5月起,在全公司范围内开展节约一分钟、一分钱、一度电、一滴水、一滴油、一两合金、一两煤、一寸钢材、一寸木材、一块砖瓦的“十个一”活动,收到了显著经济效果,1983年5~9月份共节约资金达2,362万元。太钢所属三十多个二级厂矿、辅助生产单位和机关处室,广泛发动群众,结合本单位实际情况算细帐、挖潜力。如第二炼钢厂通过算帐,全厂每节约一度电,全年可节约6万元;吨钢消耗每节约一吨水,全年可节约9.6万元;质量提高0.1%,全年可增加利
