评价低水平电离辐射对人类危害的主要内容是致癌和遗传效应。受照人员的致癌和遗传危险度是制订辐射防护标准的依据。医用 X 线工作者是长期接受低(LET)、低剂量辐射的群体,研究该群体可能存在的辐射危害,将为推算辐射致癌和遗传危险度提供科学依据。我们按卫生部下达的全国医用 X线工作者剂量与效应调查的科研规划,在全省各有关部门大力支持下,进行了此项调查研究工作。
Evaluation of low levels of ionizing radiation on human hazards mainly carcinogenic and genetic effects. The carcinogenic and genetic risk of exposed workers is the basis for the development of radiation protection standards. Medical X-ray workers are long-term low (LET) and low-dose radiation groups. Studying the possible radiation hazards of this group will provide a scientific basis for estimating radiation-induced cancer and genetic risk. According to the scientific research plan of the dose and effect investigation of the national medical X-ray workers issued by the Ministry of Health, we carried out this investigation and research work with the strong support of all relevant departments in the province.
